Our Starting Line-Up

Anthony Gurley
FOUNDER
Anthony was born and raised in Roxbury, MA. He attended Newton North High School where he was a four-year member of the Varsity Basketball Team and helped lead the squad to two state championships in a row.
Following a record-breaking career at Newton North, Anthony was able to earn a full scholarship to play Division I basketball at Wake Forest University. He spent one season at Wake Forest before transferring back home to play the rest of his collegiate career at UMass Amherst where he earned All-Conference honors and national recognition.
His success at the collegiate level opened doors to playing professionally overseas. For the next 7 years he played at the professional level, making stops in 8 different countries - France, Israel, Hungary and Venezuela, just to name a few.
Anthony has always had a passion to teach the game. Throughout his professional career, he dedicated his summers to training. His love for helping kids reach their fullest potential motivated him to start his own brand that would allow him to make a widespread impact.
In 2018, Anthony founded Earn Ya Rep. EYR is a platform through which he is able to share his basketball journey and give back the knowledge and expertise that he has gained through his experiences to positively impact the youth in our community.

Corey Lowe
DIRECTOR OF BASKETBALL OPERATIONS
Corey was born and raised in Newton, MA. He attended Newton North High School where he played alongside Anthony on the Varsity Basketball Team. He was an integral member of the team, also helping lead the squad to two state championships in a row. As a senior, he was named Baystate League MVP and was a chosen member of the Boston Globe "Super Team" and Boston Herald "Dream Team".
His success in high school earned him a full scholarship to Boston University. He was a 4-year starter for the Terriers, racking up 1,815 career points and becoming the leader in 3 point field goals. Proving to be a key player in the league, Corey was named America East All Conference honoree all 4 years of his college career.
After graduating, Corey played professional basketball overseas for 4 years. He signed with teams in Israel, Latvia and Brazil.
When he returned back to the United States, Corey established himself in the coaching world. He has coached at the DIII level for Lasell College, as well as the high school level for The Rivers School and Burke High School. For over 12 years, he has been designing and implementing training programs across the state and has joined the EYR team to develop a cutting-edge curriculum.

Kyleigh Williams
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & EVENTS
Kyleigh was born and raised in Lexington, MA. Her passion for sports started at a young age, as she was an avid, 4-sport athlete growing up. She attended Lexington High School where she landed starting positions on both the Varsity Ice Hockey and Varsity Lacrosse teams her freshman year. By senior year, she was named captain of both teams and earned Middlesex League All Star honors for both sports.
Her athletic and academic successes allowed her to continue her endeavors at Dartmouth College, where she was recruited to play for the Women's Lacrosse Team. Unfortunately, she experienced a career-ending injury her sophomore year, but remained an active member of the team until graduating. During her four years in Hanover, she earned a degree in Psychology.
Upon graduating, Kyleigh began her career working for a sports marketing company in Boston where she helped professional athletes and reputable businesses build their brands through strategic marketing campaigns. After three years, she continued onto a public relations agency where she managed multiple lifestyle brand accounts. Currently, she continues to help organizations build marketing plans and execute first-class events that drive overall brand awareness.
Since the inception of Earn Ya Rep, Kyleigh has worked closely with Anthony to help bring the brand to life.
