V-Dribble Workout


Welcome to our first Earn Ya Rep Technique Series!


While social distancing is preventing us from training together in person, we want to provide a resource for you to continue your training at home during quarantine. We are here to navigate these uncertain times together and provide guidance to help you continue to improve your game!


Our EYR Technique Series videos provide visual instruction for important fundamental skills and a guided workout that will help

you practice them.


We are kicking things off with an important ball handling skill called the V-Dribble. Check out the video below for a drill series that will help you master this essential skill!


Grab your ball and let's get grinding. Remember, you must put in the work to achieve greatness!



EYR Technique Series: V-Dribble Workout



Workout in Video:

  • Right Hand V-Dribble - 50 reps x2 (30 second rest in between sets)

  • Left Hand V-Dribble - 50 reps x2 (30 second rest in between sets)

  • V-Dribble Crossover - 20 reps x2 (45 second rest in between sets)

  • V-Dribble between Legs - 20 reps x2 (45 second rest in between sets)

  • V-Dribble Behind the Back - 20 reps x2 (45 second rest in between sets)

  • V-Dribble Freestyle - burnout for 45 seconds


*For the freestyle burnout: Pick a different V-Dribble move (that we practiced during the workout) for each repetition.
